Find or launch an app

Search by app name or a custom alias. If an app is missing, refresh the app list in App Box and confirm the app is installed in a location macOS can access. Check keyboard shortcut conflicts in Settings if the launcher does not open.

Folders and Quick Launch

Move apps into App Box folders or pin frequently used apps to Quick Launch. These changes affect only App Box's layout; installed apps are not moved or deleted.

Free features and App Box Pro

App launching, search, organization, global shortcuts, menu bar and Dock access, and the system theme are free forever. App Box Pro unlocks more themes, corner and edge triggers, and appearance options. To restore a purchase, use the Apple Account used for the original transaction. Manage subscriptions in your Apple Account.

Local data

Use Data & Recovery in App Box to clear usage history or reset configuration. Reset leaves Pro access records unchanged and does not cancel an Apple subscription. See the Privacy Policy for storage locations and deletion details.
