This agreement is jointly formulated by Frame Corner App (hereinafter referred to as "Service Provider" or "We") and the User (hereinafter referred to as "You" or "User") regarding the use of the "Photo Frame Corner" App (hereinafter referred to as "this Application" or "App") and related services. This Application aims to provide users with a convenient platform to add personalized logos and frame styles to pictures, enhancing their visual effects. This agreement is intended to clarify the rights, obligations, responsibilities, and relevant rules and restrictions of both parties during the use process.

Service Description: This Application provides various preset logo and frame styles for users to choose from, and supports users to customize and upload materials for editing. Users can easily add unique styles and logos to their photos through simple operations. Usage Rights: Subject to compliance with this agreement, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited right to access and use the various functions and services provided by this Application. You have the right to upload, edit, save, and share your works within this Application, but only for personal non-commercial use.

Legality and Compliance: You promise to strictly abide by all applicable laws, regulations, policies, and network ethics guidelines when using this Application, and not to publish or transmit any illegal, pornographic, violent, infringing, or socially unacceptable content. You also need to ensure that your actions do not infringe upon any third-party intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or other legitimate rights and interests. Originality Guarantee: You guarantee that all image materials uploaded through this Application are either your original creations or have been legally authorized. You undertake responsibility for the authenticity, legality, accuracy, and completeness of the uploaded content, and bear all legal consequences arising from improper uploading or handling of content. Prohibited Behaviors: You shall not use this Application for any form of commercial promotion, spam sending, malicious attacks, data theft, or other behaviors that harm us or third-party interests. Furthermore, you must comply with this Application's user agreement, privacy policy, and other relevant regulations, and refrain from any actions that violate this agreement or laws and regulations.

Content Responsibility: We do not assume any responsibility for the authenticity, legality, accuracy and completeness of content uploaded or processed by users. Users shall bear all consequences arising from improper uploading or handling of content. Technical Limitations: Although we strive to ensure the stable operation of this Application, due to technical reasons, network conditions, or third-party services, we cannot guarantee continuous and fault-free service. We do not assume any responsibility for service interruptions, data loss, or other issues arising from the above-mentioned reasons. Third-Party Services: This Application may integrate third-party services (such as social media sharing, payment platforms, etc.). When using these services, users should comply with the corresponding service terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the quality and security of third-party services and do not bear any legal consequences arising from their use.

Intellectual Property Ownership: The intellectual property rights of this Application and all its content (including but not limited to software, code, interface design, documentation, images, audio, video, etc.) belong to us or relevant rights holders. Without our written permission, no unit or individual may copy, modify, distribute, or use them for other commercial purposes. User Content Copyright: The copyright of original content uploaded by users through this Application belongs to the users themselves. However, by uploading content through this Application, users implicitly authorize us to display, promote, and distribute these contents globally in a legal manner for other users to enjoy and use. At the same time, users must also ensure that their uploaded content does not infringe upon any third-party intellectual property rights or other legitimate rights and interests. Copyright Complaints and Handling: If you believe that any content in this Application infringes upon your copyright or other legitimate rights and interests, please follow our copyright complaint process to report it. We will promptly accept and handle your complaint in accordance with the law, safeguarding your legitimate rights and interests.

Agreement Modification: We have the right to modify this agreement at any time based on business development and changes in laws and regulations. The modified agreement will be published in a prominent location within this Application and take effect from the date of publication. Please check the agreement content regularly to stay informed and accept the modified agreement in a timely manner. If you disagree with the modified agreement, you have the right to stop using this Application and terminate this agreement. Agreement Termination: You have the right to stop using this Application and terminate this agreement at any time. We also have the right to unilaterally terminate this agreement and restrict or prohibit your continued use of this Application if we discover that you have violated the terms of this agreement. Upon termination of the agreement, you should stop using this Application and delete the downloaded application and its related data.

Negotiation and Settlement: Any disputes arising from or related to this agreement shall be first resolved through friendly negotiation between the parties; if negotiation fails, the dispute may be submitted to a court with jurisdiction for litigation. Applicable Law: The interpretation, validity, and enforcement of this agreement shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China (without regard to its conflict of laws principles).

Complete Agreement: This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties regarding the use of this Application and supersedes any previous oral or written agreements, understandings, or statements reached between the parties regarding the use of this Application. Notices and Deliveries: All notices, announcements, or other information sent to you by us will be made through announcements within this Application, email, or other methods deemed appropriate by us. Please ensure that the contact information you provide is true and valid, so that we can promptly contact you. Separability: If any provision of this agreement is deemed invalid or unenforceable for any reason, the invalidity or unenforceability of such provision shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the other provisions of this agreement. Both parties shall endeavor to negotiate and reach a new valid provision to replace the invalid or unenforceable provision.
