Xiaomi 15 Ultra

Overview

Xiaomi unveiled the 15 Ultra on 27 February 2025 and began China sales on 3 March as the later Ultra member of the 15 series. Its China battery, quad cameras and satellite variants are separated from the global model and 15 Pro.

China-market hardware boundaries

China configurations were 12/256, 16/512 and 16 GB/1 TB, plus limited-colour 16/512 and a black 16 GB/1 TB dual-satellite edition. White/black measure 161.3 × 75.3 × 9.35 mm and 226 g; other regular and limited colours are 9.48 mm and 229 g. The 6.73-inch 3200×1440 all-around micro-curved AMOLED reaches 120 Hz and 3200 nits with Xiaomi Shield Glass 2.0.

Imaging, charging and connectivity

Four rear cameras comprise a 50 MP one-inch LYT-900 main, 200 MP HP9 100 mm super telephoto, 50 MP IMX858 70 mm floating telephoto and 50 MP 14 mm autofocus ultrawide. The 6000 mAh battery supports 90 W wired, 80 W wireless and 18 W wired reverse charging. USB 3.2 Gen 2 needs a separate cable. Standard versions support Tiantong; the dual-satellite edition adds BeiDou.
