Overview
Xiaomi unveiled the 15 Pro on 29 October 2024 and began China sales on 31 October. It shares the platform and Xiaomi HyperOS 2 with the standard model, but uses a larger 2K display, 120 mm periscope telephoto and 6100 mAh battery.
China-market hardware boundaries
China configurations were 12/256, 16/512 and 16 GB/1 TB. Standard finishes are 213 g / 8.35 mm and Bright Silver is 219 g / 8.73 mm; the body is 161.3 mm long and 75.3 mm wide. Its 6.73-inch 3200×1440 all-around micro-curved AMOLED reaches 120 Hz and 3200 nits with Xiaomi Shield Glass 2.0.
Imaging, charging and connectivity
Rear cameras are a 50 MP Light Fusion 900 23 mm f/1.44 OIS main, 50 MP 120 mm OIS periscope and 50 MP 14 mm autofocus ultrawide; the front camera is 32 MP. The 6100 mAh battery supports 90 W wired and 50 W wireless charging. USB 3.2 Gen 2 needs a separate compatible cable; Xiaomi rates the body IP68 under laboratory conditions.
