Xiaomi 15

Overview

Xiaomi unveiled the 15 on 29 October 2024 and began China sales on 31 October, launching Xiaomi HyperOS 2 and Snapdragon 8 Elite alongside 15 Pro. Its 6.36-inch flat display and lighter body define the standard model as a separate archive entry.

China-market hardware boundaries

China configurations were 12/256, 12/512, 16/512 and 16 GB/1 TB, plus a 16 GB/1 TB diamond limited edition. Glass is 191 g / 8.08 mm, Bright Silver 192 g / 8.48 mm and diamond 189 g / 8.36 mm. The 6.36-inch 2670×1200 flat OLED reaches 120 Hz and 3200 nits with Xiaomi Shield Glass.

Imaging, charging and connectivity

Rear cameras are a 50 MP Light Fusion 900 23 mm OIS main, 50 MP 60 mm OIS floating telephoto and 50 MP 14 mm ultrawide; the front camera is 32 MP. The 5400 mAh battery supports 90 W wired, 50 W wireless and reverse wireless charging. USB 3.2 Gen 1 needs a separate compatible cable; Xiaomi rates the body IP68 under laboratory conditions.
