Xiaomi 14 Ultra was a 2024 China-market imaging flagship with a one-inch continuously variable-aperture LYT-900 main camera, four 50 MP rear cameras, a 5300 mAh battery, 90 W / 80 W charging and two-way satellite communication.

Overview
Xiaomi unveiled the 14 Ultra on 22 February 2024 and began China sales on 27 February. The later Ultra member is archived separately from 14 Pro because its body, quad cameras, satellite link and charging specifications differ.
China-market hardware boundaries
China configurations were 12/256, 16/512 and 16 GB/1 TB, plus a 16 GB/1 TB titanium special edition. The body measures 161.4 × 75.3 × 9.2 mm; black and white weigh 224.4 g, Shield Glass Blue 229.5 g and titanium 229.6 g. Its 6.73-inch 3200×1440 all-around micro-curved AMOLED reaches 120 Hz and 3000 nits with Xiaomi Shield Glass.
Imaging, charging and connectivity
The 50 MP one-inch LYT-900 main camera has a continuously variable f/1.63–f/4.0 aperture, joined by 50 MP 75 mm floating telephoto, 50 MP 120 mm close-focus telephoto and 50 MP 12 mm autofocus ultrawide cameras. The 5300 mAh battery supports 90 W wired and 80 W wireless charging. USB 3.2 Gen 2 needs a separate compatible cable; Xiaomi rates the body IP68 under laboratory conditions.
