Xiaomi 14

Overview

Xiaomi unveiled the 14 on 26 October 2023 and began China sales on 31 October, launching Xiaomi HyperOS alongside 14 Pro. Its 6.36-inch flat display and lighter body make it a distinct model rather than a Pro capacity option.

China-market hardware boundaries

China configurations were 8/256, 12/256, 16/512 and 16 GB/1 TB. Glass is 193 g / 8.20 mm and technology nano-leather is 188 g / 8.28 mm. The 6.36-inch 2670×1200 flat OLED supports LTPO, up to 120 Hz and 3000-nit peak brightness.

Imaging, charging and connectivity

Rear cameras are a 50 MP Light Fusion 900 OIS main, 75 mm floating telephoto and 50 MP 14 mm ultrawide. Xiaomi states 32 MP effective still output and 50 MP total pixels for the telephoto in portrait mode. The 4610 mAh battery supports 90 W wired, 50 W wireless and reverse wireless charging. USB 3.2 Gen 1 needs a separately purchased compatible cable, while Wi-Fi 7 initially depended on OTA and regulatory approval.
