Xiaomi 13 Ultra

Overview

Xiaomi unveiled the 13 Ultra on 18 April 2023 and began China sales on 21 April. The later Ultra member is archived separately from 13 Pro; body, cameras and charging specifications are not carried over.

China-market hardware boundaries

China configurations were 12/256, 16/512 and 16 GB/1 TB. The 227 g body is 9.06 mm thick. Its 6.73-inch 3200×1440 curved OLED supports LTPO and up to 120 Hz, reaches 2600 nits peak brightness and uses Gorilla Glass Victus.

Imaging, charging and connectivity

The 50 MP one-inch IMX989 main camera offers f/1.9 and f/4.0 aperture steps, joined by 50 MP 75 mm telephoto, 50 MP 120 mm super-telephoto and 50 MP 12 mm ultrawide cameras. The 5000 mAh battery supports 90 W wired, 50 W Pro wireless and reverse wireless charging. Xiaomi's IP68 condition is 1.5 m of fresh water for 30 minutes.
