Overview
Mi MIX 2S updates MIX 2 in 2018 with Snapdragon 845, wide/telephoto cameras and Qi charging while keeping a 5.99-inch 18:9 design.
Editions
Standard 6/64 or 6/128 GB and premium 8/256 GB differ in radio coverage as well as capacity. The premium maker band list must not be assigned to every unit. Body measurements are 150.86×74.9×8.1 mm and 189 g; ceramic rear does not imply the earlier full-ceramic frame.
Camera and software
The 12 MP wide camera has four-axis OIS, accompanied by 12 MP telephoto and a lower-position 5 MP front camera. Qi charging is 7.5 W, with the wireless charger expressly included in the premium package. Early review software was Android 8.0 / MIUI 9.5; maker OTA promises and Mi 8 dual-frequency GPS are not copied into every launch configuration.
