Overview
The 2013 Mi 3 brings a 5-inch 1080p display, 2 GB RAM, 13 MP camera and fixed 3050 mAh battery. China Mobile uses Tegra 4; Unicom and Telecom use different Snapdragon 800 radio versions.
Period and variants
NVIDIA announced Mi3 on 5 September 2013 with October China Mobile availability planned. The surviving Xiaomi page incorporates later Telecom and price changes; its Android 4.2-based MIUI V5 description does not establish every launch patch.
Tegra’s companion CPU and 72 graphics cores are distinct. Unicom 8274AB and Telecom 8674AB must not inherit 8974 LTE support. The factory’s combined Telecom 2G row is not parsed into verified CDMA1x bands.
There is no microSD or user-removable battery. The top tray takes mini-SIM. Factory internal metal differs from the reviewed polycarbonate exterior. RAW is scoped to TD; 4K playback does not imply 4K recording. Historical NFC services require compatible providers.
