Overview
3650 combines circular numeric keys, a colour screen and VGA camera with early Series 60 software, exchangeable covers, MMC expansion, Bluetooth and infrared.
Period and variants
Nokia announced 3650 on 6 September 2002, with early-2003 availability planned; Polish launch material followed in February. Its circular arrangement consists of separate physical keys rather than a mechanical rotary dial. This archive keeps 3600, 3660 and later regional models separate.
The advertised 4 MB is shared user storage; the final guide describes approximately 3 MB initially free. Neither value denotes working RAM. The contemporary inspected package included a 16 MB full-size MMC beneath the battery. Changing it requires switching off and removing the battery. A 64 MB accessory listing establishes neither the supplied card nor a maximum supported capacity.
Standard stills are 640 × 480, while contact portraits can be 80 × 96. The final guide limits native 3GP recording to roughly ten seconds / 95 KB; the earlier inspection qualifies recording-software bundling by market. Third-party capabilities are separate. CPU, total RAM and wireless version numbers remain unspecified.
