This entry uses iOS 5 and the launch 16/32/64 GB capacities. Apple’s world-phone description does not mean every unit can freely switch between all carriers: CDMA use depends on sale and activation. Check the rear model identifier before selecting parts; its resemblance to iPhone 4 is insufficient.
RAM and labelled battery capacities use the linked physical inspections; Apple does not specify those values in these public sheets. Manufacturer battery-life figures are laboratory maximums, not measurements of an aged handset.
